I’m sure with the sale of every home you have comes with some bumps in the road but I feel like our home especially came with a few too many bumps than any of us would’ve preferred. However, with each road block we came across you were more than on top of finding a solution to every issue you encountered in a timely and professional manner which we were more than grateful for. Your communication with us about updates with the selling process was more than helpful to keep our nerves calm and appreciative knowing we were making forward progress. We learned so much from you about selling a house. A few years back we had debated trying to sell the house on our own but after seeing all the work and hoops to jump through we were sure glad we never attempted to do that and were thankful to have a professional like yourself with experience to sell our home for us. Again, we couldn’t be more pleased with your hard work and dedication with the sale of our home in Polk City. Finding a buyer who could close on time and make a cash offer was more than what we could’ve hoped for and your hard work does not go unnoticed by us. Hopefully we will never need to sell a home again, but if we do we would be more than happy to give you a call.

However, Andrew Bruellman (with RE/MAX Torres Team) brought a family through for a few showings and got an offer and were able to come to an agreement. We had already signed the contract and agreed and I had found out I was going to owe money at closing, when I wasn't planning on paying a dime. So, I brought up a different scenario to my realtor for an item we agreed on and hoping it would be a benefit on both ends and he was really accommodating and helpful with talking with the buyers and making it work to make us both happy. I can't tell him how thankful I am for that! Definitely a great experience, thanks Andrew!

Throughout the whole process they made us feel at ease. At the beginning, they helped us get our home ready to hit the market and gave us pointers on how to stage our home. Victoria was very knowledgeable on the latest trends for home staging and Ismael knew what to look for around my home that might set us back on the inspection portion. The Torres team office were very efficient with booking tours and any appointments. They were on top of all the paperwork that was needed to be signed. When we started looking for our new home, they were very patient with us and I personally didn’t feel rushed at all. They took their time to get to know our preferences in our own home search and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting their time. If I were able to move again, I will definitely use them again!!

We especially liked their communication, from showings to the closing process. They made everything run smooth and we closed on time. They helped us navigate and they handled the small repairs that were needed from our buyers inspection. We had a pleasant experience from everyone we encountered from their organization during the process.
