However, Andrew Bruellman (with RE/MAX Torres Team) brought a family through for a few showings and got an offer and were able to come to an agreement. We had already signed the contract and agreed and I had found out I was going to owe money at closing, when I wasn't planning on paying a dime. So, I brought up a different scenario to my realtor for an item we agreed on and hoping it would be a benefit on both ends and he was really accommodating and helpful with talking with the buyers and making it work to make us both happy. I highly recommend working with Victoria and Ismael Borges. Throughout the whole process they made us feel at ease. At the beginning, they helped us get our home ready to hit the market and gave us pointers on how to stage our home. Victoria was very knowledgeable on the latest trends for home staging and Ismael knew what to look for around my home that might set us back on the inspection portion. The Torres team office were very efficient with booking tours and any appointments. They were on top of all the paperwork that was needed to be signed. When we started looking for our new home, they were very patient with us and I personally didn’t feel rushed at all.
